WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the purchase
of a parcel of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard Extension
Project;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
authorized:
Parcel 3-A: 431 square feet out of Plat SP-6 ,
C . Williams League
