R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for sealing of settlement
cracks and gaps around windows at City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Coatings Application and Waterproofing
Company submitted a bid in the amount of $8 ,659.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Texas Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company is
the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Texas Coatings Application and Waterproofing Company
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with Texas Coatings
Application and Waterproofing Company in the amount of $8 ,659 . 00 for
sealing of settlement cracks and gaps around windows at City Hall.
