BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into a contract with Jefferson County Title Company for the title
work for property needed for the Downtown Market Place Project.
