R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October S , 1982, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Shackelford Roofing Company in the amount of
$6 ,400. 00 for the reroofing of the generator building at the Water
Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications at a cost of $6 ,800.00 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the reroofing of the generator building at the Water
Treatment Plant is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the
City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to make final
payment to Shackelford Roofing Company in the amount of
$ 6,800. 00.
