R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for one ( 1 ) NEMA type traffic
signal controller tester to be used in repairing traffic signals;
and,
WHEREAS, Trans-Tronics, Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $2 ,495.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Trans-Tronics, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Trans-Tronics, Inc. for one ( 1 ) NEMA type traffic
signal controller tester in the amount of $2 ,495.00 be accepted by
the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
make payment for same upon acceptable delivery.
