R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the purchase of a parcel of property needed for
the widening of the intersection of Major Drive and Calder Avenue
for its appraised value has been completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase from John Dollinger and wife, Willie Rae
Dollinger, of Parcel No. 158, the same being a 0 . 1392 acre tract
in the A. Houston League to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof for all purposes, for the sum of $7 ,064 .00 is hereby
ratified and approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

Being 0.1392 acre of land, more or less, and being a part of Tract 34 of the
A. Huston Survey, Abstract No. 33, in Jefferson County, Texas, being the
same property described in a deed from B. A. Hensley, et ux, to John Dollinger,
et ux, dated August 1, 1959, recorded in 'Volume 1182, Page 150, Deed Records
of Jefferson County, Texas; said 0.1392 acre of land, more or •less, more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Tract 34 located on the existing
TATest right of way line of F. M. Highway 364, said corner being located,
South 890 56 a 56" East a distance of 416.0 feet frcar. the Southwest corner
of said Tract 34;
TM-Y-T North 890 56' 56" West with the South line of said Tract 34 a dis-
tance of 29.75 feet to a point for corner in the proposed West right of
way line of F. M. Highway 364;
THENCE North 00 10' 44" West with the proposed West right of way line of
F. M. Highway 364 a distance of 207.99 feet to a point for corner in the
North line of said Tract 34;
THENCE South 890 56' 56" East with the North line of said Tract 34 a dis-
tance of 28.57 feet to the Northeast corner of said Tract 34, said corner
being located on the existing West right of way line of F. M. Highway 364;
THENCE South 00 30' 17" East with the exi.stin � 7est right of way line of
F. M. Highway 364 same being the East line of said Tract 34 a distance of
208.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.1392 acres of land,
mare or less.
