R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, on January 5 , 1983 , bids were received for the
1983 Water System Improvements Project; and ,
WHEREAS, D & H Construction Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $68 ,761 .14 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by D & H Construction Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of D & H Construction Company is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with D & H Construction Company in the amount of
$68 ,761 .14 for the 1983 Water System Improvements Project.
