WHEREAS, bids were received for Beaumont Water Canal
Improvements Contract #4 ; and ,
WHEREAS, Greer Construction Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $126 ,156 .65 ; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Greer Construction Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Greer Construction Company is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Greer Construction Company in the amount of
$126 , 156 . 65 for the Beaumont Water Canal Improvements Contract #4 .
