R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby , authorized to settle
the case styled John Greathouse_.. v. City of Beaumont,- et al, by
payment of $6 ,000. 00 to the plaintiff and his attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City officials
are hereby authorized to pay court costs, as necessary , to
effectuate the settlement.
