THAT Hugh Earnest, Acting City Manager be , and be is hereby,
designated as the city official who in authorized to execute all
documents concerning Environmental Protection Agency Grants , numbers
C-48-I254-02 , C-48-I254-03 , and C-48-1254-04 , for the construction
of the Wastwatez Treatment Works for the City of Beaumont.
