BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a committee be established to be known as the Citizens
Committee for aaComprehensive Drainage Program, the members
of which will be nominated by the mayor and council members
and appointed by the city council.
