WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the purchase
of a parcel of land needed for the Cartwright-Corley Drainage Relief
Project at its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
authorized:
A 0 .434 of an acre out of Block 17 of the
Cartwright and Roberts Subdivision "A"
Owner: Fedro Gatlin
Price: $9 ,400 .00
