R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 31 , 1982 , the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to Russ Miller Construction Company , Inc. in the amount of
$454 ,09:5.09 for the 1982 Street Rehabilitation Program - Project III ;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$451 ,596 . 20 which is $2 ,498 .89 below contract price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 1982 Street Rehabilitation Program - Project III is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to Russ Miller Construction
Company, in the amount of $22 ,960 .87 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
