R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 20 , 1982 the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to Troy Dodson Construction Company , Inc. in the amount of
$538 ,398 .00 for the 1982 Street Rehabilitation Program - Project II;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$538 ,022 . 94 which is $375 .06 below contract price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the 1982 Street Rehabilitation Program - Project II is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby , authorized to make final payment to Troy Dodson Construction
Company, Inc. in the amount of $26 ,901 . 15 .
