R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Evangeline Meadow - Unit III
( Phase I ) has completed the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
and street improvements as follows :
Street Improvements
Northmeadow from Meadowridge approximately 150
feet east;
Water and Sewer Improvements
Lots 18 and 19 , Block 2 ; and Lots 1-22, Block 8 ;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street
improvements in Evalgeline Meadow - Unit III ( Phase I ) , as above
described, be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the City.
