WHEREAS, on August 3 , 1982 the City of Beaumont awarded a
contract to Bella Company in the amount of $43 ,591 .56 for the
construction of Crow Road Participation Project; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Crow Road Participation Project is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized
to make final payment to Bella Company in the amount of $43 ,633 . 16 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
