BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
an architectural agreement with Livesay, Vacker & Associates for
professional services in connection with the construction of a
covered play area at Magnolia Park for a fee of 2 .5% of the
construction cost plus 2 .5 times direct personnel expense and
direct costs for all printing and duplicating for the project.
