R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont awarded a contract to Ace
Clark Construction Company for the demolition of the following
structures :
3250 St. James
1163 Evalon
3345 Taliaferro
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the demolition of the above listed structures is hereby accepted
by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is hereby ,
authorized to make final payment to Ace Clark Construction Company in
the amount of $5, 570. 00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
