BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF' THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission
whereby the City will receive an estimated Thirty-Six Thousand
Dollars ( $36 ,000.00 ) of Section 8 Transit Planning Funds.
