BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
a contract with the Catholic Diocese of Beaumont for cost participa-
tion in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00 for construction of a
sewage lift station on Major Drive south of Tram Road .
