R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont awarded Winter King and Son a
contract in the amount of $248 ,988 . 00 for the roof replacement on
Tyrrell Historical Library; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to said contract has been
proposed increasing the total cost by the sum of $17 ,049 .00
for other needed repairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 , in the amount of $17 ,049.00 , to the contract
between the City of Beaumont and Winter King and Son increasing the
amount of the contract to $266 ,037.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
