R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two ( 2 )
bobtail trash trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $69,645. 36; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of $69,645. 36 for
the purchase of two ( 2) bobtail trash trucks be accepted by the City
of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay for
same upon acceptable delivery.
