WHEREAS, bids were received for improvements to the hangars
at Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Swain Company , Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $35,000. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Swain Company , Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Swain Company, Inc. is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with Swain Company , Inc. in the amount of $35,000. 00 for
improvements to the hangars at Beaumont Municipal Airport.
