BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract with Drainage District No. 6 for the enlargement
of a drainage crossing by Ditch No. 5 at Collier Road at an
estimated cost not to exceed $98,000.00 to be shared equally
between Drainage District No. 6 and the City of Beaumont.
