R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont awarded a contract to BRH
Company , Inc. in the total amount of $3 ,237 ,218 .80, including three
(3 ) Change orders, for Contract 4 - Segment 70 Interceptor - Grant
#C-481254-04 ; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance with
the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Contract 4 - Segment 70 Interceptor - Grant #C-481254-04 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and
he is hereby, authorized to make final payment to BRH Company in the
amount of $267,582.65.
