WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
plain paper copier; and,
WHEREAS, Copy Systems of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $2 , 294.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Copy Systems is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Copy Systems in the amount of $2 ,294 .00 for one ( 1 )
plain paper copier be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to pay for same.
