R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for foundation repairs at
Tyrrell Park Garden Center; and,
WHEREAS, A & P Construction of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $10, 400.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by A & P Construction is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of A & P Construction is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with A & P Construction in the amount of $10,400.60 for
foundation repairs at Tyrrell Park Garden Center.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
