BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to acquire
a 0 . 2821 of an acre easement out of the W. B . Dyches Survey from
the owners, E. Lewis Wilson, et ux , for the sum of $2 ,211.89.
