R E S 0 L U T 1-0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for clearing and cleanup of the
Hebert Cemetery; and,
WHEREAS, Greer Construction Company submitted a base bid in
the amount of $28,128.00 with grave slab repair not to exceed an
additional $3 ,872.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Greer Construction Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Greer Construction Company is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Greer Construction Company in the amount of
$28 ,128 .00 for clearing and cleanup of the Hebert Cemetery and
additional grave slab repairs at a cost not to exceed $3 ,872.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
