R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for annual periodical
subscriptions for the Beaumont Public Library , R. C . Miller
Memorial Library , and the Spindletop Branch Library; and,
WHEREAS, National organization Service, Inc. of Ohio
submitted a bid in the amount of $6,882.39; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by National organization Service, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of National organization Service, Inc. in the amount
of $6,882.39 for annual periodical subscriptions for the Beaumont
Public Library, R. C . Miller Memorial Library , and the Spindletop
Branch Library be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to pay for same.
