WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a tract of land needed for the Cartwright-Corley
Drainage Relief Project for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following tract is hereby authorized:
A 0.273 acre tract of land out of Block 27
of the Cartwright-Roberts Subdivision "A" .
Owners: Jane C. Weed and Leonidas Cartwright, Jr.
Value: $6,900.00
