BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into a month-to-month agreement leasing to M . L. Lefler, Jr. a
portion of Fourteenth Street right-of-way between Pecos and
Angelina Streets for a monthly rental of $225.00.
