R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of doors
and grills at the Beaumont Community Health Clinic Building; and,
WHEREAS, Watkins Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,742.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Watkins Company is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Watkins Company in the amount of $1 ,742.00 for the
installation of doors and grills at the Beaumont Community Health
Clinic Building be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
completion.
