BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT any two ( 2 ) of the following: Ray Riley, Myrtle Corgey and
Robert J . Nachlinger are authorized to sign any and all checks,
drafts and orders, including orders or directions in informal or
letter form, against the Prior Lien Bond Reserve Fund and the Prior
Lien Bond and Interest Sinking Fund Accounts.
