BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute
instruments granting to Jefferson County Drainage District Number 6
a fifty ( 50) foot easement for drainage purposes along the western
boundary of the Beaumont Municipal Airport and along Willow Marsh
Bayou.
