R E S O L U T 10 N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a
riding lawnmower with bagger attachment; and,
WHEREAS, Rayon' s, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of $1 ,392. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Rayon' s, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rayon' s, Inc. in the amount of $1 ,392.00 for the
purchase of a riding lawnmower with bagger attachment be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to pay for same upon acceptable delivery .
