R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the developer of Wescalder Place Condominiums
has completed the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer
improvements as follows:
Water and Sewer IiE .ovements
Lot 17 , Block 2 of the Wescalder Fig Acres
and,
WHEREAS, the developer of said subdivision desires to
have these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Directors of the Public Works and Water
Utilities departments recommend that said improvements qualify for
acceptance for permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of
the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and
maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improve ments in
Wescalder Place Condominiums, as above described, be, and the same
are hereby , accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City.
