WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of
exhibit booth material, and,
WHEREAS, Crown Industries, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $12,989. 85; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Crown Industries, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Crown Industries, Inc. in the amount of
$12, 989.85 for the purchase of exhibit booth material be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to pay for same upon acceptable delivery. .
