BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into an agreement with Jefferson County Title Company for title
work for right-of-way needed for the Crockett Connector at an
estimated cost not to exceed $8,000. 00.
