BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the funding for four ( 4 ) historic preservation projects from
Account No. B-82-MC-48-0003 to complete rehabilitation work as
described in their applications is hereby approved; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby authorized to enter into contracts with the following
recipients for such rehabilitation work in the amounts as shown:
Hinchee House
Bryan Hendrix $36,410.00
Land Manor - Main House 66,000.00
Jefferson Theatre 15,000.00
Kyle Building 32,590.00
