BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Southwestern Laboratories for providing
construction materials testing for the Water Treatment Plant in an
amount not to exceed $5, 000. 00.
