BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Planning Department be, and it is hereby, directed to
prepare a service plan for a proposed annexation to include 73.03
acres located adjacent and immediately west of the City Limit line
at Washington Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that public hearings concerning
the proposed annexation shall be held on Monday , November 29,
1 : 00 p.m. , on the site and on Monday, December 6 , 3 : 15 p.m. , in
the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Beaumont, Texas.
