R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company , desires to donate to
the City of Beaumont 0. 60 of an acre tract of land for a future
elevated water storage tank site and 0 . 08 of an acre access
easement located approximately 800 feet south of the intersection
of the proposed Folsom Drive and Major Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said proposed dedication and is of the opinion that the acceptance
of said property is necessary and desirable and that same should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the conveyance of the property shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto be, and the same is hereby, in all things accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
