R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 50,000
parking citations for the Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, CABCO Business Forms submitted a bid in the
amount of $1, 226. 50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by CABCO Business Forms is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of CABCO Business Forms in the amount of $1, 226. 50
for the purchase of 50,000 parking citations be accepted by the
City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to
pay for same upon acceptable delivery .
