R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to employ
Mehaffy, Weber, Keith & Gonsoulin to defend City employees who
are defendants in Greathouse v. City of Beaumont, et al, presently
pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Texas and to pay for said services at a total cost not
to exceed $15, 000. 00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
