HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 82-394 39x1 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on March 30, 1982, the City of Beaumont adopted Resolution 82-116 awarding McCullough Associates a contract in the amount of $1,144, 796. 00 for construction of a 24" water transmission line and improvements to Loeb high service pumping station located in Hardin County; and, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to said contract has been proposed increasing the total cost by the sum of $2,029.00 to furnish and install a transition pipe between the mechanical and flanged ends from the 36 inch existing pump suction tee and the proposed 36 inch suction line NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 , in the amount of $2,029.00, to the contract between the City of Beaumont and McCullough Associates increasing the amount of the contract to $1, 146,825. 00.
