WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a tract of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard
Extension Project for its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel is hereby authorized:
Parcel 30: 6,150 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 114, Plat SP-6, C . Williams
League
Owners: Norris Hardy , Jr. and
Andrew Owens
Value: $1,230. 00
