R E S . O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a cost participation agreement for construction of a twelve
inch (1211 ) water main from Walden Road south-westward along the
southeast side of IH 10 for a distance of nine hundred (900) feet
at an estimated cost to the city of $9, 900. 00.
