BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a combination overhead and underground electrical distsribution
easement to Gulf States Utilities Company across a portion of a
tract of land situated in the James Rowe Survey, Abstract No. 45,
Jefferson County, Texas, to provide service to the Sewer Treatment
Plant.
