BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT John Paul Davis be appointed as Chief Magistrate of
Municipal Court and that Wendell Radford be appointed a
Magistrate of the Municipal Court for two-year terms beginning
July 8, 1982 and ending July 7, 1984.
